A verification agent built around AWS Textract and a proprietary interpretation layer. An intake step normalises image quality across devices; the extraction stage reads the screenshot; an interpretation agent decodes gamer-speak, the symbols and emojis standard OCR misses, and maps each line to Rank, Username and Score; a validation step checks the result against tournament rules before the leaderboard is written. The agent scales automatically with tournament volume and runs without a human in the loop for the 90%+ of cases it reads with confidence. Manual verification effort fell 85%, and leaderboards update live through peak hours.
