Questions

Twelve things people ask before they book

Short answers. Anything else, ask on the call.

Is $25,000 really fixed?

Yes, against the signed pilot scope. Changes are quoted before work starts, never invoiced afterwards.

Who actually does the work?

A dedicated pod in India: architect, PM/BA, engineers, data, QA, working US business hours. The architect on your scoping call is the one on the build.

What if it is not live by day 28?

We keep working at no cost until it is.

What happens after day 28?

Three options: you run it (runbook and handover are included); we run it as a managed pod at $12,800 a month, cancellable monthly; or we scope a second Sprint on the next workflow.

Which platforms and models do you build on?

Your cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP) and your choice of model provider: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Azure OpenAI where data residency requires it. Orchestration is plain code, typically Python with LangGraph or a similar framework, so nothing is locked to a vendor.

Where does our data go?

It stays in your cloud account and goes to your model provider's API under your own agreement. We keep no copies. Access is least-privilege, scoped to the one workflow, and you can revoke it at any time.

Will it work with our existing systems?

If the system has an API, a database we can read, or scheduled exports, yes. Week 1 confirms every integration point before anything is built. ERPs, CRMs, ticketing, email, document stores and policy admin systems are the usual set.

What counts as live?

The agent team is processing real items from your real workflow in your production environment, with the approval gates on and the KPI dashboard reporting against the week 1 baseline. Not a demo, not a sandbox.

Who owns the IP?

You do, on final payment: code, prompts, configuration, evaluation sets and data. We keep nothing except the right to describe the work anonymously.

What kinds of workflows fit in four weeks?

Document-heavy, rule-heavy, high-volume ones: intake and triage, claims and onboarding, compliance monitoring, invoice and PO matching, quote preparation, notice and response drafting. If a person does it 200 or more times a month by following rules, it usually fits.

Which industries have you done this in?

Insurance, legal, compliance and governance, construction, logistics, financial services and eSports. The case studies above are agent systems we have already shipped.

We are not in the US. Can we still buy a Sprint?

Yes. The pod works US business hours by default; for the UK, Europe, the Gulf or Australia we shift the overlap window in week 1. Pricing is the same.
