The Hidden Problem
This fast-growing clothing retailer ran its outlets on disconnected systems. Customer data was scattered, orders were tracked by hand, and nobody had a reliable view of payments. Chasing pending and partial payments depended on someone remembering. That works when a business is small. Each new outlet added more customers, more orders and more open balances to track from memory, and store-wise performance could only be rebuilt after the fact. Stock moved between stores on instinct rather than sales data. The result was leakage: money owed slipped through the cracks, with no record forcing anyone to collect it, and the owners were running multiple stores on gut feel and guesswork.
What we built
A sales management system on Bubble.io that makes the store network visible in real time. An integrated CRM centralises customer data across outlets. Order tracking updates status live as items move. A payment module automatically separates completed, pending and part-payments, so every outstanding amount is a record with an age and an owner, not something to remember. Store-wise dashboards show sales and collection performance without anyone building a spreadsheet. The leak closed first: payment reconciliation accuracy improved 40%, and walk-in order processing got 60% faster. The system went live in under four weeks and evolves without a development queue. With live, centralised data in place, a collections agent can chase pending and part-payments on the right channel at the right time, and a replenishment agent can propose store-level stock moves for the team to act on.
Tech stack
"We were running multiple stores on gut feel and guesswork — payments slipped through, and we never had a clear picture across locations. Now everything's in one place, and we finally make decisions with real numbers."
