‍Bld track ("the App") is published by Avidus Interactive ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect
Account information: name, email address, and phone number you provide when you sign in or create an account.
App activity: the records, messages, tasks, and other content you create or upload inside the App, and basic usage data such as screens opened and features used.
Device and technical data: device model, operating system version, app version, crash logs, and a device or installation identifier used for authentication, security, and push notifications.Photos and files: only when you choose to attach them inside the App. We do not scan your gallery.Location: only if you enable a location-based feature; it is not collected in the background.

2. How we use information
To create and secure your account, deliver the App's features, send notifications you have enabled, respond to support requests, fix crashes, and improve the App. We do not use your data for advertising and the App shows no third-party ads.

3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers that run the App's infrastructure (cloud hosting, authentication, push notifications, crash reporting) under contracts that limit their use of it, with other users of your organisation inside the App where the feature requires it, and with authorities when required by law.

4. Data security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS and stored on access-controlled cloud servers. Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request, except where retention is required by law.

5. Your choices and rights
You can view and update your profile inside the App. You can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing info@avidusinteractive.com from your registered email; we respond within 30 days. You can turn notifications and permissions off in your device settings.

6. Children
The App is intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes
